'Buy Back' Service
Do you have any Lola-Pops items that your little one has outgrown?
Rather than it gathering dust in the wardrobe, give them a new lease of life and allow another little one to wear and enjoy them. They will be added to my pre-loved baby clothing collection.
Simply return your outgrown Lola-Pops items, they will then be checked for the condition of the items and you will receive money back (in the form of a website voucher) to spend on your next item.

Typical 'Buy Back' amount you will receive:

Excellent Condition/as new: 30% of website price
-
Good condition: 20% of website Price
-
Used condition but wearable: 0-15% of website price
-
Play wear (items in need of repair or have marks /stains): 0-10%

**PLEASE NOTE PERSONALISED ITEMS:
At this time I'm NOT buying back any item that has your child's full name on.
Hoodies, tshirts and other items with child's initial or birthday number WILL be accepted.

If you are local you are welcome to drop off items at reception Monday-Friday between 9am-5pm.

Once your items are received they will be inspected and you will be contacted via email (this can take up to 7 days) with the buy back amount you will receive along with a website code for you to use on your next item(s). Simply enter the code at checkout and the amount will be taken off your order.
