Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

You will be notified by email when your item is shipped. We use either Royal Mail or other Courier services. If tracking is available I will include this in your notification.

Items usually dispatched within 2-3 weeks.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

As items are made to order I currently do not accept exchange/refund requests except in exceptional circumstances. Please contact me as soon as you receive your items if there is an issue and I will see what can be done to rectify it.
